Once you’ve placed your order, your dedicated account manager will go through your requirements with you to get a feel for what you need. We’ll then send you a design questionnaire to fill in and you’ll choose from our hundreds of base designs which we’ll then work from and customise for your business.
After we’ve had our 1-1 and received your completed questionnaire, we’ll get cracking straight away. Our design team will get building and our copy team (if necessary) will write your copy and find the perfect media to go on your brand new business website.
Within the next 3 days, we’ll have everything in place, ready to launch! At the press of a button, hey presto, you’re live with your brand new website, ready to show the world how wonderful your business is. We’ll continue to support you with any necessary amendments, additional services or technical help moving forward.
We’re so confident in our service and solution, we allow you to cancel whenever you like. No strings attached. You’ll avoid being tied in to long-term, minimum commitment contracts with a website you don’t like. Want to cancel after your first payment? No problem.

Once you’ve been with us for 2 years, if you no longer want our support and want to take your website elsewhere for hosting or have someone else look after changes to your site, that’s fine! At this point, the website is yours to do with as you please.
